Summary
This addendum is an agreement between National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA (the Reinsurer) and Granite Reinsurance Company, Ltd. (the Retrocessionaire). It confirms that Addendums 1 and 2 to the underlying reinsurance agreements are now officially part of those agreements. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The addendum is executed by authorized representatives of both parties in 2000.
