Amendment to Amended and Restated Indemnification Agreements between Sunoco, Inc. and Certain Directors and Employees
This document lists amendments to previously established indemnification agreements between Sunoco, Inc. and various directors, executive officers, and employees. The amendments, effective December 31, 2007, are identical in all material respects for each individual named. The agreement ensures that Sunoco, Inc. continues to provide legal protection to these individuals for actions taken in their official capacities, subject to the terms of the amended agreements.
