Letter Agreement for Cancellation of Letter of Credit and Credit Limit Reduction between Ingram Micro Inc. and InfoTech USA, Inc.

Summary

Ingram Micro Inc. and InfoTech USA, Inc. have agreed to cancel a Letter of Credit previously issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. As a result of this cancellation, Ingram Micro is reducing InfoTech USA's credit limit from $500,000 to $250,000. The agreement is confirmed in writing and includes a copy of the cancelled Letter of Credit. This change is effective as of September 28, 2007.
