Amendment to Indefinite Term Employment Contract between F-star Therapeutics Inc. and Louis Kayitalire
F-star Therapeutics Inc. and Louis Kayitalire have agreed to amend their existing indefinite term employment contract, effective March 31, 2022. The amendment specifically removes a clause in Article 17 regarding obligations not assumed by an acquirer. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. This amendment is signed by both parties and confirms the continued validity of the rest of the employment contract.
