The contract identified in block 10a is hereby modified as follows:
| 1. | The price for 2010 is changed from *** per watt to *** per watt. In exchange for the price decrease per watt the Government will increase the quantity from *** to ***. |
| 2. | The delivery schedule for 2010 will be as follows: January through June will be *** per month. July through December will be *** per month. |
