Allonge No. 4 to Promissory Note between Spheric Technologies, Inc. and JH Realty, LLC
This agreement, dated September 30, 2009, amends a previous promissory note between Spheric Technologies, Inc. and JH Realty, LLC. It extends the due date for repayment of the $62,000 loan to December 31, 2009. All other terms of the original note and prior amendments remain unchanged, except that this amendment replaces the previous Allonge No. 3, which is now void. Both parties have signed to confirm these changes.

ALLONGE NO. 4 TO
PROMISSORY NOTE
TO JH REALTY, LLC
This Allonge No. 4 to Promissory Note (the Allonge No. 4), dated as of September 30, 2009, is attached to and forms a part of the Promissory Note dated December 31, 2007 (the Note) and the Allonge to Promissory Note dated March 31, 2008 (the Allonge), made by SPHERIC TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Nevada corporation (the Company), payable to the order of J H Realty, an Arizona limited liability company (the Holder), in the original principal amount of $62,000.
1. | The Note is hereby amended to provide that it is due and payable in full on December 31, 2009. |
2. | In all other respects, the Note and the Allonge are confirmed, ratified, and approved and, as amended by this Allonge No. 4, shall continue in full force and effect. |
This Allonge No. 4 replaces the Allonge No. 3 to Promissory Notes dated May 31, 2009, which shall have no further force or effect.
