Summary

Treynor State Bank, acting as Trustee for public noteholders under an amended and restated indenture with Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC, agrees to join and be bound by the terms of a Subordination Agreement originally dated June 17, 2010, among Bunge N.A. Holdings, Inc., ICM, Inc., and AgStar Financial Services, PCA. By signing this document, the Trustee formally becomes a party to the Subordination Agreement and accepts its terms from the date of signing.
