Engineering Services Agreement between Sigma Design Company and New Energy Technologies, Inc. (August 24, 2009)
Sigma Design Company proposes to provide continued engineering services to New Energy Technologies, Inc. for developing the next prototype of the Motion Power System. The agreement outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and a bi-weekly review schedule. Sigma Design will invoice only for actual work performed, with estimates updated if unforeseen challenges arise. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed at standard rates. The agreement is accepted by both parties' representatives and allows for project visits at Sigma Design's location.

Of course we will only invoice for the actual work performed and these estimates may change as we encounter challenges not foreseen as of this moment. When this happens we will update the estimate before starting any next stages.
Additional engineering analysis and design work approved by New Energy Technologies to support this program beyond the above scope will be charged at our normal rates.
