Party A: Shandong Xiangrui Pharmacy Co., Ltd.

Party B: Shijiazhuang Penghai Pharmacy Co., Ltd.

Pursuant to the contract entered on October 12, 2010, Party B will buy glucose of 40 tons from Party A.
