Extension Letter for Management Agreements between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and John W. Henry & Company, Inc. (2005-2006)
Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and John W. Henry & Company, Inc. have agreed to extend their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2006. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension applies to multiple named funds, and both parties have acknowledged the modification by signing this letter. This extension ensures continued management services for the listed funds for the specified period.
