UCC Financing Statement Amendments between The Bank of New York as Trustee, Bank of America N.A. as Administrative Agent, and Silver Legacy
This document consists of amendments to UCC financing statements involving The Bank of New York as Trustee, Bank of America N.A. as Administrative Agent, and Silver Legacy. The amendments continue the effectiveness of previously filed financing statements, thereby extending the secured parties' interests in the collateral for an additional period as allowed by law. No changes to parties or collateral are made; the amendments simply ensure the security interests remain valid and enforceable.
