Modification to Personal Services Consulting Agreement between Sigma Labs, Inc. and Monica Yaple (June 2013)
Sigma Labs, Inc. and Monica Yaple have agreed to modify their Personal Services Consulting Agreement, extending its term through May 31, 2014, and increasing the maximum payment obligation to $177,184. The modification also updates the statement of work and adjusts funding for labor and travel. There is no guarantee of a minimum payment. Both parties have signed to confirm these changes.
