Article 5: TITLE TO THE GOODS SHALL BE PASSED UPON DELIVERY; HOWEVER, IF THE BUYER FAILS TO PERFORM THE OBLIGATION OF PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT OF PURCHASE PRICE, TITLE TO THE GOODS SHALL REMAIN WITH THE SELLER.
