Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and John W. Henry & Company, Inc. (June 30, 2007)
Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and John W. Henry & Company, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2008. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal covers multiple funds managed by John W. Henry & Company, Inc. Both parties have acknowledged the extension by signing the letter.
