Resignation Letters of Officers and Directors of Seatech Ventures Corp.
Chin Chee Seong, Tan See Meng, and Cheah Kok Hoong have each submitted their resignations from all officer and director positions at Seatech Ventures Corp., a Nevada corporation. Their resignations will become effective immediately after the appointment of Lee Marcus Sherray and Loke Sebastian Mun Foo. Each resigning individual confirms there are no disagreements with the company at the time of resignation.
