Extension Letter to Job Arrangement Agreement between Arthur Andersen LLP and Safety-Kleen Corp. (December 5, 2001)

Summary

Arthur Andersen LLP and Safety-Kleen Corp. have agreed to extend the duration of their existing Job Arrangement Letter, originally dated March 23, 2001. The extension allows Arthur Andersen to continue providing services until Safety-Kleen determines that its quarterly and annual financial statements for 2001 and earlier periods are complete. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The extension was acknowledged and agreed to by both parties in December 2001.
