The Agreement between the Parties listed above is changed as follows:

The milestone is hereby amended by deleting the phrase ‘original budgeted’ and replacing with ‘current forecast’.
B. Payment Milestone: 43.01 Subproject 3 - Finish Installation of Above Ground Pipe
The milestone is hereby amended by deleting the phrase ‘original budgeted’ and replacing with ‘current forecast’.
