Extension Letter Agreement to Framework Agreement between Cambridge Enterprise Limited, University of Cambridge, and Psynova Neurotech Ltd

Summary

This letter agreement extends the term of a prior Framework Agreement dated March 3, 2006, between Cambridge Enterprise Limited, the University of Cambridge, and Psynova Neurotech Ltd. The extension is granted in response to Psynova's request and continues the agreement until March 3, 2011, as allowed by the original contract. All parties must sign the letter to confirm their acceptance of the extension.

Cambridge, CUTS (now Cambridge Enterprise) and Psynova Neurotech

In response to Psynova’s request of 17 February 2010, Cambridge Enterprise agrees to extend the Term of the Framework Agreement until 3^rd March 2011 in accordance with the provisions of clause 8.2 of the Framework Agreement.
