Extension Letter to Executive Transition Agreement between RTI Surgical, Inc. and Roger W. Rose
RTI Surgical, Inc. and Roger W. Rose have agreed to extend the term of Mr. Rose's Executive Transition Agreement, originally dated August 29, 2012, through December 31, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. This extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
