Extension Letter to Executive Transition Agreement between RTI Surgical, Inc. and Robert P. Jordheim
RTI Surgical, Inc. and Robert P. Jordheim, its Executive Vice President and CFO, have agreed to extend the term of Jordheim's Executive Transition Agreement, originally dated August 29, 2012. The extension moves the expiration date to December 31, 2015, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged. Both parties have signed the letter to confirm their agreement to this extension.

Your Executive Transition Agreement with RTI Surgical, Inc., dated August 29, 2012, is about to expire.
