Summary
Rogers Corporation has entered into indemnification agreements with its directors, including Michael F. Barry, Peter C. Wallace, Gregory B. Howey, Eileen S. Kraus, William E. Mitchell, Robert G. Paul, Charles M. Brennan, III, Carol R. Jensen, and Dr. J. Carl Hsu. These agreements protect the directors from certain legal liabilities arising from their service to the company.
