Amendment No. 1 to Lease Agreement between Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians and Sprung Instant Structures, Inc.

This amendment extends the original lease agreement between Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians and Sprung Instant Structures, Inc. for an additional twelve months, covering July 28, 2004 through August 17, 2005.
