Confirmation Letter Regarding Reporting Obligations under Control Agreement among Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Bank, River Rock Entertainment Authority, and Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians

This letter confirms that Wells Fargo Bank, as the Clearing Bank, will provide U.S. Bank, acting as Trustee, with copies of all monthly and/or quarterly reports sent to the River Rock Entertainment Authority. These reports detail the credits and changes to the Operating Account for the previous month and will be delivered in the same manner as to the Authority. The agreement is acknowledged by the River Rock Entertainment Authority, the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians (for certain obligations), and U.S. Bank.
