Amendment to Employment Offer for F. Jacob Huff, M.D. by Renovis, Inc.
This amendment updates the employment offer to Dr. F. Jacob Huff from Renovis, Inc. It sets Dr. Huff’s employment start date as the business day after Renovis completes its acquisition of Centaur Pharmaceuticals’ assets. It also clarifies that up to $75,000 in travel and relocation expenses may include reimbursement for Dr. Huff’s clinical office lease payments in Laguna Hills. 1. The start date of employment will be the next business day following the closing date of Renovis’ asset acquisition of Centaur Pharmaceuticals.
2. The $75,000 allocated for travel and relocation costs can include the reimbursement to Dr. Huff for lease payments for his clinical office in Laguna Hills.
