Third Amendment to Standby Letter of Credit Between Silicon Valley Bank, Redback Networks Inc., and Jabil Circuits, Inc.
This document is the third amendment to a standby letter of credit issued by Silicon Valley Bank for the account of Redback Networks Inc., with Jabil Circuits, Inc. as the beneficiary. The amendment extends the expiry date of the letter of credit from June 30, 2005, to June 30, 2006. All other terms and conditions of the original letter of credit remain unchanged. The amendment is to be attached to the original letter of credit and is considered an integral part of it.
