Schedule of Indemnification Agreements with Directors and Officers (May 18, 2005)
This document lists individuals who have entered into indemnification agreements with the company as of May 18, 2005. The agreements are substantially identical to the one included as Exhibit 10.5, differing only in the name of the person. The purpose of these agreements is to provide legal protection to the named individuals, likely directors and officers, against certain liabilities related to their roles with the company.
