Amendment to Employment Agreement for Jeremy Stackawitz – Change of Job Title to Chief Commercial Officer
This contract amendment is between Alba Bioscience Limited and Jeremy Stackawitz. Effective January 1, 2020, Jeremy Stackawitz's job title changes to Chief Commercial Officer. All other terms and conditions of his existing employment contract remain unchanged. The amendment requires Jeremy's signature to confirm acceptance, with one signed copy to be returned to Human Resources. No other changes to employment terms are made by this document.
