Subscription Agreement between Quest Management Inc. and Subscriber for Common Stock Purchase
This agreement is between Quest Management Inc., a Nevada corporation, and an individual or entity (the Subscriber) who wishes to purchase shares of the company's common stock at $0.04 per share. The Subscriber agrees to buy a specified number of shares and pay the total amount upon signing. The agreement is binding once signed by both parties and can only be changed in writing. The Subscriber acknowledges receipt of the company's prospectus. The agreement also provides options for joint ownership or purchase by a business entity or fiduciary.

The undersigned (the “Subscriber”) hereby irrevocably subscribes for that number of shares of common stock (the “Shares”) of QUEST MANAGEMENT INC, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), set forth below, upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Company’s Prospectus dated _______, 20__, which has been delivered to the undersigned with this Subscription Agreement is attached and which the Subscriber acknowledges as having received and read.
