Keith Stemler has formally resigned as a director and officer of Quantum Energy Inc., effective immediately as of February 24, 2018. In his resignation notice, he states his intention to return 2,000,000 unrestricted share certificates and RBC bank account information to the company. The notice is addressed to Quantum Energy Inc. and its shareholders, and is also copied to relevant parties.
