Stock Transfer Agreement between Gerald Ghini and Rick Plotnikuff for Shares of Burnam Management Inc.
Gerald Ghini has agreed to transfer 5,000,000 shares of common stock in Burnam Management Inc. to Rick Plotnikuff. The transfer is documented by this agreement, which is dated October 1, 2002, and witnessed by Rick Plotnikuff. The shares are represented by stock certificate no. 1 and are subject to the corporation's articles. This agreement formalizes the change of ownership of the shares from Ghini to Plotnikuff.

STOCK TRANSFER
The undersigned, for valuable consideration received, hereby transfers to Rick Plotnikuff, (the “Transferee”) the 5,000,000. Common Stock shares in the authorized capital of BURNAM MANAGEMENT INC. (the “Corporation”) represented by stock certificate no. 1, to hold unto the Transferee, and the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Transferee, subject to the Articles of the Corporation.
