Fifth Amendment to Lease Agreement between Provena Foods Inc. and R-Cold, Inc. and Therma-Lock, Inc.
This amendment extends the lease for 26,500 square feet at 5060 Eucalyptus Avenue, Chino, California, between Provena Foods Inc. (landlord) and R-Cold, Inc. and Therma-Lock, Inc. (tenants) for one additional year, from March 1, 2004, to February 28, 2005. The monthly rent is set at $12,000, and the security deposit increases to $12,000. All other terms of the original lease remain unchanged.
