Crown Bank and ProUroCare Medical, Inc. have agreed to extend the maturity dates of two existing loans. The first loan, originally for $1,200,000, and the second, originally for $100,000, will now both mature on April 28, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the original loan agreements remain unchanged. Both parties have signed to confirm their agreement to these modifications.
