Loan Modification Agreement between Crown Bank and ProUroCare Medical, Inc. (Loan #4060026)
Crown Bank and ProUroCare Medical, Inc. have agreed to modify their existing loan agreement, originally dated January 11, 2006, for a principal amount of $1,200,000. The only change is an extension of the loan's maturity date to February 15, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original loan remain unchanged. Both parties have signed to confirm their agreement to this amendment.
