Summary
This document outlines the compensation program for outside directors of Duke Energy Corporation, effective May 4, 2017. Outside directors receive an annual cash retainer of $125,000 and an annual stock retainer of $160,000. Effective May 4, 2017, the compensation paid to our outside directors will consist of:
