Amendment to Lease Agreement between Eastview Holdings LLC and Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Eastview Holdings LLC and Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. have agreed to amend their existing lease for space at The Landmark at Eastview. This amendment changes the date specified in Section 37.1 of the original lease from October 23, 2003, to November 24, 2003. Both parties have acknowledged and agreed to this change in writing.

This letter agreement is intended to amend Section 37.1 of the Lease. The date of “October 23, 2003” as set forth in Section 37.1 of the Lease is hereby deemed deleted and replaced with the date “November 24, 2003”.
