Amendment No. 1 to Consulting Agreement between NHJJ Enterprises, LLC and Brown Book Shop, Inc.
This amendment updates the consulting agreement originally signed on February 1, 2014, between NHJJ Enterprises, LLC and Brown Book Shop, Inc. The only change made is to increase the base management fee to $11,000 per month. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The amendment is signed by representatives of both parties and is effective as of May 1, 2016.
