Amendment No. 3 to Consulting Agreement between Brown Book Shop, Inc. and Clear Financial Solutions, Inc.
This amendment, dated May 1, 2016, updates the consulting agreement originally signed on February 1, 2014, between Brown Book Shop, Inc. and Clear Financial Solutions, Inc. The only change made is to the base management fee, which is now set at $4,500 per month. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The amendment is signed by representatives of both parties.
