This letter confirms an extension to the completion date for the sale and purchase of 12 retail and office units at Megan Avenue 1 in Kuala Lumpur. The agreement is between G Rising Holding Sdn Bhd (the seller) and PGCG Assets Holdings Sdn Bhd (the buyer). The new deadline for completing the transaction and paying the remaining purchase price of RM9,840,000.00 is set for June 12, 2013.

We hereby confirmed that the new extended completion date in respect to the above SPA will be due on 12/6/2013.
In view thereof, kindly let us have the balance purchase price of RM9,840,000.00 on or before 12/6/2013.
