Summary
This document is an amendment to the employment agreement between PriceSmart, Inc. and Gilbert A. Partida. Effective January 12, 1999, Mr. Partida's base salary is increased from $225,000 to $275,000. All other terms of the original employment agreement remain unchanged. Both parties have signed to acknowledge and accept this amendment.
