Letter Agreement Regarding Resignation Benefits for Jim Nakagawa with Price Legacy Corporation
This letter agreement between Price Legacy Corporation and Jim Nakagawa confirms that if Jim Nakagawa resigns from the company, he will receive the protections and benefits outlined in paragraph 6(d) of his employment contract dated April 7, 2003. Both parties have acknowledged and agreed to this arrangement as of October 15, 2003.
