Change Order No. 001 to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Construction Contract between Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC, Premier Finance Biloxi Corp, Roy Anderson Corp, and Paul Steelman Design Group
This change order amends the construction contract for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, between Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC, Premier Finance Biloxi Corp, Roy Anderson Corp (contractor), and Paul Steelman Design Group (architect). It increases the contract sum by $3,640,933 to cover design changes, additional program spaces, and construction modifications, with no extension to the completion date. The new contract total is $85,598,116, and the substantial completion date remains July 23, 2005. All parties have signed to confirm these changes.
