Power Integrations Non-Employee Director Cash Compensation Policy
This agreement outlines the cash compensation for non-employee directors of Power Integrations. Non-employee board members receive quarterly retainers for their service, with additional amounts for chairing specific committees. Directors are also paid fees for attending board and committee meetings, with higher amounts for in-person attendance. Special one-time fees are provided for certain committee work. All reasonable travel and related expenses for attending meetings are reimbursed. The agreement ensures clear, structured compensation for non-employee directors' services.

Cash Compensation for Non-Employee Directors
Power Integrations non-employee board members shall receive the following cash compensation for the services performed, which cash compensation is cumulative:
Retainers:
Service as a non-employee director: | $ | 5,000 per quarter | |

In addition, non-employee directors shall be reimbursed for all reasonable travel and related expenses incurred in connection with attending board and committee meetings.
