Extension Letter for Management Agreements between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc.

Summary

Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2009. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension applies to multiple Smith Barney and Salomon Smith Barney futures funds, as well as the CMF Campbell Master Fund. Both parties have acknowledged and accepted this extension by signing the letter.
