Summary

Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for four commodity pools until June 30, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension applies to the Smith Barney Potomac Futures Fund L.P., Citigroup Global Diversified Futures Fund L.P., Citigroup Diversified 2000 Futures Fund L.P., and CMF Campbell Master Fund L.P. Both parties have acknowledged the extension by signing this letter.
