Management Agreement Extension Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc. (Potomac Futures Fund L.P. and CMF Campbell Master Fund L.P.)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for the Potomac Futures Fund L.P. and CMF Campbell Master Fund L.P. through June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter. This document serves as a formal notice and acceptance of the extension.
