Amendment to Employment Agreement between PolyMedica Corporation and Stephen C. Farrell

PolyMedica Corporation and Stephen C. Farrell have agreed to extend the term of Mr. Farrell's employment under their existing Employment Agreement. The new end date for the employment period is August 31, 2002. This amendment is effective upon Mr. Farrell's acceptance and signature. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged.
