This agreement is an amendment to the existing Executive Employment Agreement between PolyMedica Corporation and Arthur A. Siciliano, Ph.D. It extends the term of Dr. Siciliano's employment with the company until February 28, 2004. Both parties have agreed to this extension by signing the letter. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged.
