Amendment to Executive Employment Agreement between PolyMedica Corporation and John K. P. Stone III

PolyMedica Corporation and John K. P. Stone III have agreed to extend the term of Mr. Stone's Executive Employment Agreement. The new end date for his employment period is August 31, 2004. This amendment is effective upon both parties signing the letter. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged.
