Lease Amendment between 354 W. Gardena, LLC and Polar Power, Inc. for 354 W. Gardena Blvd, Carson, CA
This amendment updates the lease agreement between 354 W. Gardena, LLC (landlord) and Polar Power, Inc. (tenant) for the property at 354 W. Gardena Blvd, Carson, CA. The start date is changed to August 21, 2018, with the lease ending August 31, 2023. The tenant will pay prorated rent for August 21–31, 2018, and will receive rent credits in specified months due to the landlord's delay in making the property available.
