Planar Systems, Inc. has implemented a cash bonus plan for all employees, including executive officers, for the first half of 2006. The plan, established by the Compensation Committee, sets bonus targets that are tied to the company's achievement of specific quarterly operating income goals. Employees become eligible for bonuses if the company meets or exceeds these financial targets during the designated period.

The Compensation Committee has established a cash bonus plan for all of the Companys employees, including executive officers, for the first half of 2006. The Committee set bonus targets for all employees based on the Companys achievement of target levels of quarterly operating income.
